Leopold Mozart was born on November 14th, 1719 in Augsburg. Today, he is not only known as the father of musical genius Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, but his work ‘Die Violinschule’ (The Violin School) remains an important work for every violinist to this day.  On this guided tour of the Mozarthaus Vienna and the apartment where Leopold was a guest, we let father and son speak for themselves through their letters.
