Newsletter content We send newsletters, emails, and other electronic communications containing promotional information (hereinafter "newsletter") only with the recipient's consent or on a legally permitted basis. Where the content of the newsletter is specifically described at the time of subscription, that description is binding for the purposes of consent. Otherwise, our newsletters contain information about current exhibition content at Mozarthaus Vienna, concerts, events, and ongoing promotions.

Double opt-in and logging Subscription to our newsletter is carried out using a double opt-in procedure. After registering, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. This confirmation is required to prevent registrations using third-party email addresses. All newsletter subscriptions are logged in order to document the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes storing the time of registration and confirmation, as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored with eyepin GmbH are also logged.

Newsletter delivery You may subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do so, we require your email address and your first and last name. Your consent to receive the newsletter is given by confirming your subscription through the double opt-in procedure. The newsletter is sent by Mozarthaus Vienna via eyepin GmbH.

Registration data To subscribe to the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide your email address, first name, and last name.

Cancellation / Withdrawal You may cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. The unsubscribe link can be found at the bottom of every newsletter, or you may send an email with the subject "Unsubscribe" to info@mozarthausvienna.at. Personal data processed for the above purpose will be stored until you unsubscribe.

We also draw your attention to the fact that you may object at any time to the future processing of your personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions of Art. 21 GDPR. This right of objection applies in particular to processing for the purposes of direct marketing.
