As a company of Wien Holding, Mozarthaus Vienna Errichtungs- und Betriebs GmbH is committed to responsible, transparent, and accountable corporate governance. The foundation for this is the Vienna Public Corporate Governance Code (WPCGK), which sets standards for clear corporate management, effective oversight, and responsible decision-making processes.

For the 2025 financial year, a joint Corporate Governance Report was prepared by Wien Holding GmbH, covering those subsidiary companies subject to the Vienna Public Corporate Governance Code. The report is published centrally on the Wien Holding GmbH website. In addition, the annual financial statements are made available for download on the respective websites.
