The EU Directive on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law ("EU Whistleblowing Directive") entered into force in December 2021 and has been transposed through the Whistleblower Protection Act. In accordance with the EU Directive, the law provides for the establishment of a body for the confidential reporting of violations of EU law.

Mozarthaus Vienna, a subsidiary of Wien Holding GmbH, is committed to integrity, transparency, and compliance with legal and internal requirements. An external reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act is available for the confidential reporting of possible legal violations, compliance breaches, or other misconduct.
